libldap-2.4-2-dbg software package provides Debugging information for OpenLDAP libraries, you can install in your Debian 8 (Jessie) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libldap-2.4-2-dbg
libldap-2.4-2-dbg is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libldap-2.4-2-dbg package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libldap-2.4-2-dbg *
